Works on commercial spaces
In commercial spaces time is the most delicate cost. A closed shop takes no money, a disrupted office cannot work. So we start from your deadlines: the opening date, the possible closing window, the hours when noise is allowed. We build the work plan around those dates, not the other way round.
When needed we work in phases, in the evening, at weekends or area by area, so the business can keep going where possible. We coordinate with whoever designed the space and with other suppliers, such as installers and furnishers, to avoid overlaps on site.
If the space needs fitting out after the works, our assembly division can take care of counters, shelving, desks and furniture, so you receive the finished space from a single team.
