Apartment renovation in Milan
We renovate apartments, from work on a single room to a complete refit, personally coordinating every trade involved.
How we renovate your home
Renovating a home means getting bricklayers, plumbers, electricians, tilers and painters to work together, each at the right moment. When timing is not coordinated the work drags on and costs grow. Our job is exactly this: keeping the trades in an orderly sequence so you speak to one person and never have to chase anyone.
We always start with a site visit, where we look at the state of the apartment, listen to what you want to change and flag any issues straight away. On that basis we give you a clear quote, with itemised work and a realistic schedule, so you know from the start what it will cost and how long it will take.
On site we protect common areas and the rooms we are not touching, keep the work area tidy and hand it back clean. If it needs furnishing, our assembly division can complete the apartment with kitchen, wardrobes and furniture.
