How we work on contracts
A contract is a precise commitment: a defined job, a price, a delivery date. Whoever awards it expects those three things to hold from start to finish. Our way of working starts there: reading the specification carefully, understanding what is required and in what time, and only then committing.
On site we organise crews and subcontractors so each trade arrives at the right moment with no overlaps. We keep the client informed of progress and flag difficulties immediately, because a problem raised in time costs far less to solve than one discovered at handover.
We work with private clients, companies, building managers and, when requirements are met, public bodies. For any contract we ask you to contact us at an early stage, so we can assess feasibility, timing and requirements together.
