• Data you provide voluntarily through the contact form: full name, email, phone, type of request and message text.
• Data you send us spontaneously by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Technical browsing data (for example IP address, date and time of the request, page visited), processed by the hosting provider to ensure the security and operation of the site.

3.Purposes and legal bases

• Replying to your requests and preparing quotes: performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Complying with legal, accounting and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• Ensuring site security and preventing abuse, such as automated unwanted messages: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Site usage statistics: only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). Currently not active.

4.Nature of the provision of data

Providing the data marked as mandatory in the form is necessary to reply to your request. Without it we cannot follow it up.

5.Methods and retention

Data is processed by electronic means with appropriate security measures. Requests not followed by a contract are kept for the time needed to reply and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact. If a contract is entered into, data is kept for the period required by law.

6.Recipients

Data is accessible to the controller's authorised staff and to suppliers acting as processors, in particular:

• Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC, for email and form reception (Google Workspace). Transfers outside the EU rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses or the Data Privacy Framework.
• The hosting provider of the website.

7.Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and object to processing. You may also withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
