What a bathroom refit includes
The bathroom is the smallest room in the house but the hardest to redo: it packs systems, waterproofing and finishes into a few square metres, and a hidden mistake under the tiles costs you for years. That is why we put real care into the phases nobody sees once the work is done, such as piping, shower tray gradients and waterproofing.
During the site visit we check the state of the systems and help you think through the layout, a shower in place of the bath, niches and clearances. We then organise the site to work in sequence with no downtime, because we know the home will be without a bathroom for a few days and the aim is to keep that as short as possible.
At the end we check every drain and every water point, inspect alignments and grout lines, and hand the bathroom back clean and ready to use.
