The work we carry out
Not every job needs a full renovation. Sometimes you need to move a partition, open a passage, build a plasterboard wall or relay a floor. These are smaller jobs but no less delicate, because what is done well lasts and what is done badly is noticed every day.
The same rules apply as on large sites: site visit, written quote, agreed schedule and a tidy home. We protect floors and furniture, limit dust and at the end of each day leave the spaces ready to use.
If something unexpected emerges during the work, such as a system that needs updating or a wall in a different condition from what was expected, we tell you straight away and decide together how to proceed.
