Ground-up sites and new construction
We follow a site from the very start: from preparing the area to handing over the finished building, coordinating structures, systems and finishes.
From the ground to the finished building
Building from scratch means starting with an empty plot and arriving at a usable building, through dozens of trades that must follow each other in the right order. One delay in the foundations or the systems can push back the whole handover, which is why running the site matters as much as the quality of each trade.
Our role is to hold the phases together: we organise the site area, schedule the arrival of materials and crews, coordinate the technicians and professionals involved and check each phase is complete before moving on to the next.
Even on larger projects we keep the same way of working we use in a home: site visits, clear quotes, a contact who answers the phone and a tidy site where it is clear who does what and when.
